You’ll be working with a small team of passionate, experienced developers utilizing Java, Spring MVC, AngularJS, Queue-based architecture, AWS, MongoDB, Redis, ElasticSearch and more. Everything from Analyzing Terabytes of data to Machine Learning Applications. There is no end to the cool things to work on.
This position is located in our Denver office. Local candidates (non-remote) preferred.Job Description:
Responsibilities
Maintain, design, and implement user-facing features for our Java API Backend, as well as AngularJS frontend.
Collaborate with product managers and other Indexed I/O engineers to create robust, scalable, testable features with a rich UI
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology required
4+ years industry experience
Thorough understanding and experience with architectural patterns like MVC or MVVM
Deep understanding of object oriented design principles and best practices
An excellent understanding of best practices for concurrency and threading
Experience with Single Page Applications
Comfortable leading projects
Excellent written communications: clarity, brevity, grammar
Excellent verbal communications: articulation, patience, listening skills
Professionalism: prompt, attentive to detail, organized, accountable
BONUS POINTS
Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
Comfortable in a Linux environment
Experience with AngularJS, SpringMVC, ElasticSearch, MongoDB, and AWS
